Your mission
- You will take on the management of challenging projects in digital transition and transformation projects (SaaS introductions, IT outsourcing and cloud migrations) for our customers, often with a technical focus, and lead an interdisciplinary team of specialists.
- You are responsible for planning and coordinating the (overall) project with the sub-project managers and the delivery units
- You are familiar with the implementation and "orchestration" of projects according to recognised and customary project standards
- You are the central interface in communication management in relation to the customer, stakeholders (both internal and external) and the project team.
- You represent the projects at C-level in the steering committee
- You are enthusiastically involved in the further development of our service portfolio, especially in the area of project management
- You are responsible for the conception and realisation of workshops and trainings.
- You enjoy working in a team and are willing to be active on site at the customer's premises
Your profile
- You are confident in IT, process, change, release and stakeholder management and in organisational development.
- Industry knowledge in the financial services, insurance or government sectors is desirable.
- You are familiar with the implementation of SaaS projects (Sales Force, ServiceNow)
- You are familiar with large data centres and complex infrastructures
- You impress with your charismatic, communicative personality, your empathic, constructive and solution-orientated manner and are therefore a competent contact and sparring partner.
- You know how to motivate your team (onshore/offshore) with passion.

Your education & experience
- Successfully completed technical studies in computer science, business informatics or
- Economics or a comparable sound education
- Several years of relevant professional experience as a responsible project manager
- Sound methodological knowledge such as ITIL, PRINCE2, SCRUM is an advantage, which you have ideally already been able to certify.
- Experience with the provision and customising of SaaS products such as Sales Force or ServiceNow, as well as with Microsoft Office products is also an advantage.
- Composure in difficult project situations and a good level of self-confidence are very welcome.
- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
